Tasked with refurbishing The Wingfield Restaurant within the heart of the famous All England Lawn Tennis Club, the brief was to bring the outside in, focusing on heritage and the English country garden, creating an elegant conservatory feel. Island counters were developed for the separate food and beverage service, incorporating traditional detailing, timeless finishes, fresh herbs and strawberry display boxes with a flash of the Wimbledon purple to link back to the history. The unique counter solutions included individually controlled catering displays and the units were fully mobile to give the operation complete flexibility for season changing offers. Complementing the new servery design, new furniture, wall finishes and custom-made room dividers completed the interior space.
