North Bar Tap + Go is Europe's first frictionless kiosk for stadia. Leicester City Football Club supporters simply tap a payment card, pick up the items they want, and walk out onto the concourse – a process which takes seconds and dramatically improves the speed at which fans can purchase food and drink on match days.
We collaborated with LCFC and Levy UK to reimagine the perfect matchday experience, utilising AI technology to eliminate the stress of ordering at a busy concourse bar and creating a digital experience. North Bar Tap + Go is a refreshing and modern space that uses contemporary materials, biophilic elements and iconic club colours to create a familiar and welcoming environment.
