Benchmark were engaged to develop new thoughts on the strategy and design solutions for the catering function. Working closely with the University, proposals were developed for a much larger food court offering to the existing café servery. Key to the success of the scheme, was developing the right customer flow, vastly increasing the food offers and connecting with the existing back of house in a space with challenging limitations.
