Presenting the vibrant Harbwr Fulton, centrally located at Swansea University Singleton Campus.
Over three years, Benchmark Designs collaborated with Swansea University and Chartwells to revitalise catering spaces. Notably, Fulton House's first floor was renovated, preserving heritage features while blending a modern aesthetic with its 1960s origins.
The transformed Refectory, a social hub within the listed building, now boasts versatile furniture, vibrant colours, and practical design, creating distinct zones for dining, work, and meetings. This successful collaboration breathes new life into the Refectory, providing a purposeful, flexible space for an enhanced campus experience.
